Growing up in the southbay, I always wanted my friends to try the many delicious dishes that vietnam had to offer.But there was a lack of choices when it came to vietnamese restaurants. There weren't any restaurants around that I felt proud about to bring my non-asian friends. So in 2003 I opened up Saigon Dish with that in mind.
Saigon Dish would introduce those that were unfamiliar with vietnamses food to all the wonderful things vietnamese cuisine had to offer. We wanted to create traditional items using high quality beef, white meat chicken and the freshest ingredients that the folks around here want and expect. We wanted to serve these foods in a clean, family oriented and pleasant atmosphere. Ten years later that idea is still going strong as we continue to bring vietnamese cuisine to the american public.
